KITCHEN AND DINING ROOM: Usually, you will participate in the kitchen tasks during your stay
Cooking is not allowed in the rooms.

ELECTRICITY:  The electric installation is by solar energy, therefore, we recommend to take care of saving it, and above all do not leave lights on unnecessarily, especially during winter and bad weather days. Candles are not allowed.

TOILETS:  All sewage is treated in a biological septic tank. For this reason, it is of great importance not to flush any non biological waste in the toilets. Therefore, throw the used toilet paper, hygienic towels, tampons, hair, etc. in the bins for all non organic material, which the septic tankl can not absorb ( otherwise it would quickly fill up and the toilets would collapse).
Aside from this facility we have three toilets located near the house
Do not use the forest nor the paths to defecate.

SMOKERS:  La Bartra is an ideal place to improve quality.of life.. but if you are a smoker smoker it is not allowed to smoke inside the house, rooms or any other facility, not even by the main door. Regarding cigarette buds, leave them at appropriate places, as these take 3 years to decompose and its toxic contents slowly contaminate underwater. During the dry days, please, do not smoke near the forest and make sure that the buds are put out and thrown at the appropriate places.
Even if it seems obvious, we have to remind you that within the whole area of La Bartra it is not allowed to consume any kind of drug, including marihuana.

WORK CAMPS:   : It consists of working 4hours a day,, in exchange for your stay and of collaborating in the activities of the rest of the day. Only food to be paid for.

WASTE:  There are five kinds: a) organic; b) recyclable: paper, cardboard; c) plastic, cans, tins and batteries; d) glass; and e) non recyclable: cigarette buds, used toilet paper, etc.

MAINTENANCE:  We ask that, whenever possible, you contribute to the cleaning and tidying of the facilities installations during your stay: do not take the blankets away from the bedrooms, and leave them folded, sweep out, etc.
